Rental policy

Welcome to Piñago, your ideal solution for renting high-end coats and equipment. Before making a reservation, please carefully read our rental policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. General Rental Conditions

  • Provide accurate personal information (name, surname, address, phone number, email).
  • A credit card is required to secure the reservation and cover any potential additional fees.
  • The minimum and maximum rental periods are specified on each product page.
  • Subletting or transferring rental rights to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Return the equipment within the agreed timeframe; late returns will incur penalties.
  • The renter is responsible for any damages or losses, even if not directly at fault.
  • The renter must maintain the equipment in good condition, as repairs are at their expense.
  • If the renter does not receive an email confirmation of their order, they must contact Piñago at info@pinagorentals.com.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations must be made directly on our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment must be made online immediately via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).
  • Rental prices automatically adjust according to the selected rental period.

3. Cancellation & Modification

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date will incur a 50% charge of the total rental amount.
  • Reservation modifications are possible, subject to availability.

4. Delivery & Return

We offer flexible delivery to the following locations:
  • Home delivery
  • Airport
  • Hotel
  • Short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb)
  • Student residences

Delivery is made the evening before the first rental day between 5 PM and 10 PM (except for specific exceptions at hotels and airports).

The product must be returned the day after your rental period ends. Our pickup service will come between 8 AM and 6 PM. If you are only available in the evening, please contact us at info@pinagorentals.com.

If you prefer to return your package on the same day your rental ends, please check the corresponding box during payment. We will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Important: The pickup must be done in person. You are responsible for the items until they are collected. Do not leave the package outside.

  • Late returns will incur additional charges.
  • The provided prepaid packaging and label must be used for returns.
  • A technical inspection report on the equipment’s condition will be included.
  • If returned items are damaged, we will attempt repairs. If an item is deemed unusable, you will be contacted regarding a refund or exchange.
Fees for missing packaging items:
  • Transport bag: $20
  • Transport box: $25

5. Product Use & Maintenance

  • Rented items must be used as intended.
  • We provide professional cleaning after each rental, so you do not need to wash items before returning them.
  • Minor damage will be covered by us, but excessive damage or loss may incur additional fees.

6. Size & Exchange

  • Notify us within 24 hours if the size does not fit (info@pinagorentals.com).
  • A fixed exchange fee of $10 applies.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a similar alternative may be offered.
  • If a higher-priced item is selected, the renter must pay the price difference.

7. Acceptance & Damages

  • The renter assumes all risks related to equipment use.
  • The equipment must be returned in good condition and clean.
  • Additional charges may apply for significant damage or excessive dirt.
Examples of items that can have repair fees:
  • Full zipper or pocket zipper: To be determined
  • Tears (less or more than 2 inches): To be determined
  • Loss of detachable accessories (belt, hood): To be determined
  • Dry cleaning: To be determined

If an item is deemed irreparable, the renter will be charged its full value. Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported immediately to info@pinagorentals.com.

8. Eco-Friendly Commitment

  • All items are cleaned using eco-friendly methods and free from harmful chemicals.
  • We prioritize 100% electric delivery and reusable packaging.
  • Renting with us means contributing to a more sustainable and responsible consumption model.

9. Availability & Unavailability of Equipment

  • Some items labeled 'Reservation' may be delayed. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an equivalent replacement.
  • If an item is unavailable after the order is placed, Piñago will offer a similar replacement or a full refund.

10. Liability

  • Piñago is not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to the use of rented equipment.
